About the Role

Ceart Digital is seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Technical Product Owner to lead the development and optimization of our growing network of WordPress-based affiliate websites in the betting and gaming space. You’ll bridge the gap between business goals and technical execution—owning the product roadmap, defining requirements, and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll collaborate with developers, designers, SEO specialists, and business stakeholders to turn product vision into tangible results.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap and backlog for all WordPress-based websites.
• Translate business needs into detailed user stories, specs, and acceptance criteria.
• Prioritise features and bug fixes based on business value, SEO impact, and user feedback.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external WordPress developers to manage sprints and deliverables.
• Oversee site performance, plugin management, security, and uptime monitoring.
• Ensure websites remain compliant with affiliate advertising standards and regulatory frameworks.
• Continuously analyse UX, SEO, and conversion performance—proposing updates and improvements.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience as a Product Owner, Web Project Manager, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of WordPress CMS (themes, plugins, performance optimisation, security).
• Experience working with cross-functional teams using Agile or Scrum.
• Familiarity with SEO, UX best practices, and affiliate marketing.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and prioritisation skills.
• Knowledge of betting/gaming industry or regulated environments is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Experience with A/B testing tools, Google Analytics, or tag management.
• Basic familiarity with HTML/CSS or front-end debugging.
• Understanding of localisation/multisite architecture.
