Ceart Digital Ltd ("Ceart Digital", "we", "us", "our") is a digital media and marketing company based in Ireland. We operate a network of digital assets and provide services including web design, digital advertising, social media management, SEO, content strategy, and digital asset brokerage. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data when you interact with our website or services.

Client data is retained for the duration of the business relationship and for a period of six years thereafter in accordance with Irish tax and business record requirements. Analytics data is retained in accordance with our Google Analytics settings, typically set to 26 months.

Some of the third party services we use may transfer your data outside the European Economic Area (EEA). Where this occurs, we ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place, such as standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission, to protect your data in accordance with GDPR requirements. Google Analytics data may be processed in the United States under Google's standard contractual clauses.

Under GDPR, you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to request correction of inaccurate data, to request deletion of your data where there is no lawful basis for continued processing, to object to or restrict certain processing activities, to request portability of your data in a structured and machine-readable format, and to withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent. We take the security of your personal data seriously and implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect it against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure. These measures include encrypted data transmission via HTTPS, access controls, and regular security reviews. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's Privacy

Our website and services are not directed at children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
